This marks the first KI soundtrack where a stage's theme is not included. The soundtrack features 29 songs covering every song from Season 2, remixes of some of your favorites, and even never-before-heard songs such as the original character select screen music from Robin Beanland. The theme of the secret Sky Stage in KI2/ Gold is not included in this soundtrack, nor is it even officially titled. The Killer Instinct: Season 2 soundtrack is now available for purchase.This is the only soundtrack where the character themes are titled by the names of those involved in the KI2 roster.Game-Breaking Bug: Both Cinder and Eyedol had, as the result of bugs, infinite hit combos. The game was released with a soundtrack album, Killer Cuts. The themes of Orchid, Maya and Combo, respectively, are the official credits themes for all versions of Killer Instinct 2 (including the Gold version released for the Nintendo 64). A sequel called Killer Instinct 2 was later released, but wasnt nearly as popular for several reasons: getting rid of the pre-rendered backgrounds in favor of real time polygonal backgrounds.
